Payment:
We take all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
PayPal is our shopping cart and secure financial transaction provider It is free, easy and most of all secure.
No PayPal account is required or needed.

Shipping:
We use the US Postal System for shipping. We ship Priority Mail 2 to 3 day service.
Sorry international customers, but we currently only sell and ship to those addresses within the United States and its territories.

Our current shipping rates are as follows:

1 but not more than 20 items, shipping is a flat rate of...................................... $5.00

Sales Tax:
Sales tax if applicable is included in the price..

Turn Around:
We strive to ship your order within 2 business days. If it appears it will take longer then we will email you and let you know the anticipated date.

Returns/Refunds:
Due to the nature of the product (a personal care item), once a product is shipped, We do not offer any returns or refunds. Please read the descriptions and check the ingredients closely prior to purchasing. It is a good product. We are sure you will feel the same.

Inventory:
We try to keep a well stocked inventory of each type of soap listed for sale. However, it may take a couple of extra days if we do not have the soap you wish in stock. If this is a concern, please email me prior to purchase.  We will try to email you if shipping the soap will be delayed.

Each bar is individually boxed and labeled to ensure you receive a quality product.

We strive to keep the bars and batches very similar, however due to the homemade nature of the product, there may be minor differences between batches in appearance, color,  fragrance intensity, size and weight.

How do we make soap? 
We make our soap using the "Hot Process" as opposed to the more commonly used "Cold Process." We use the hot process because it insures the soap has completely under gone its chemical conversion into a true soap. Unlike the cold process which may need weeks to cure, there is no sodium hydroxide remaining in the batch upon molding and no need to wait for the batch to cure. It makes better soap.

A Drop of Best Intentions:
My heart, my soul and my best intentions go in to each batch of soap. I make each soap knowing it will be used in an intimate, daily ritual. What could be more personal or intimate than giving someone you care about a bath soap that you have chosen especially for them? As an aid in washing away what the day has given, or simply reaffirming a beautiful day with a beautiful scented soap.

Magic is not about “hocus pocus” it is about finding life's ingredients and filling them with directed intention. Flowers and herbs awaken our hearts desires. Shakespeare wrote using the language of flowers, I speak that language through my soaps. The right scent will return you to your grandmother's home or remind you of the birthday wish made long ago but forgotten. The right soap will bring you to a lovers embrace, one that has passed or one that has yet to arrive.
